SECOND HOMES / INVESTMENT PROPERTIES

Many people own properties, homes or apartments that they use only periodically. In some cases it may be a summer or winter home to use during vacations and holidays. In others perhaps to use on business trips or to host family, friends and business associates.

In order to fully enjoy their asset the owner needs to ensure that the proper maintenance is performed before, after and in between each use. That includes basic maintenance, paying bills and refreshing the property prior to each visit.

My Property offers VIP service, personal and discreet, and will see to it that your property is cozy and inviting the next time you or your guests enter it.
That service may include:

• Bill payments
  Including all the service providers such as Gas, Electricity, city taxes and more.
• Preventive maintenance
  Including regular periodic visits to the property to check and verify all systems are in working order and functioning properly.
• Owner Representation
  My Property will represent the owner upon request on any official or legal matters in regards to the property.
• Problem Solving and Projects
  • Any issue, from a broken lightbulb or window to a leaky pipe will be addressed and resolved during the periods the owner is absent from the property with as little involvement from the owner as possible.
  • Upon request, My Property can take full responsibility on remodeling and other projects within the house or apartment.
• Preparing for use
  • Upon request the property will receive a last minute “freshen up” prior to it’s use. That can include stocking it with fresh groceries and flowers.
