Cleaning and Gardening

  • Each home can have differing requirements in regards to everyday maintenance. That may be due to a number of factors including but not limited to the architecture of the property and the desires of the tenants. In any case My Property will monitor and make any adjustments necessary to the level of service to satisfy the customer’s requirements.

Bills and City Taxes

My Property will take care of paying the bills and ensure they are paid on time. We will also monitor and compare the bills and advise the customer of any spikes or other abnormalities found.

Collection

  • One of the more difficult and time-consuming tasks for the house committee is collecting the tenant’s fees.
  • My Property uses advanced, user friendly collection systems to ensure the houses account isn’t short.

    Maintenance

  • Systems maintenance.
  • Modern condominiums are equipped with sophisticated systems; electrical, fire control, elevators, communication equipment, water reserves and more. A failure of any system such as these can put tenants in danger unless regular, proper maintenance is performed. In some cases legal authorities will perform inspections to ensure the required maintenance is being performed as required.

    Seasonal maintenance.

  • Especially in Israel, with the wonderful but extreme weather fluctuations we go through it is very important to plan ahead and make preparations for the changes of the seasons (very dry, very wet, very windy…!).
  • These preparations are also called preventive maintenance and are not only weather related but can also be periodic.

    Problem Solving and Recovery.

  • Despite our best efforts, there will be times when something, somewhere will break down or fail. Be it electrical, plumbing, or the doorbell My Property will make sure whatever is causing anyone grief is repaired and back up and running in the shortest amount of time possible.
