Yossi Hanin, MBA, established My Property following 25 years of experience in project management in a wide variety of areas, including industry, services, entrepreneurship and development.
The goal was to create a solution for real estate owners in need of an extremely reliable and discreet entity to care for their assets.
Following the meteoric rise of real estate prices in Israel that began in 2008 a wave of construction projects ensued, including countless numbers of condominium towers and luxury apartments. Investors from Israel and abroad jumped at the opportunities to invest in these assets and made their purchases as part of their strategic investment portfolio and also to use as an oasis during their visits to Israel. My Property is the answer for all owners who have neither the time, proximity or inclination to deal with taking care of these valuable assets by themselves, but insist upon making sure their property or properties are well cared for, properly maintained and all administrative tasks performed correctly and on time.
My Property, is addition to day to day care, also offers project managing services for apartments, houses and commercial facilities of all scales including but not limited to construction, remodeling and environmental development. Our portfolio includes projects of remodeling houses and apartments, developing yards and gardens, construction, industrial facilities, offices, work spaces and more.
We have the time and resources to care for and manage your property and will do so at times that are convenient to you.

YOSSI HANIN - CEO
Founder and owner, Yossi has been married for over thirty years and is the father of four. An officer (Major) with fifteen years of service in the Israeli Air Force, Yossi also hold a BA in economics, an MBA in business administration and has thirty five years of experience managing projects in a variety of areas and from many angles. From security and industry, services and construction and the use of advanced logistics to the negotiating and signing of contacts, representing foreign companies working in Israel and the management of multiple major production programs simultaneously that served the Israeli Aerospace Industry, Yossi has covered a lot of ground, all while providing superior levels of service.
SHLOMI HANIN - Consultant
Practical Engineer, builder and registered contractor in the construction industry, Shlomi is a married father of three. With over twenty five years of experience Shlomi has been managing large scale projects for over two decades. Under his management has been the construction of private homes and neighborhoods, industrial buildings, commercial centers and luxury condominium towers at several prime locations in Israel. An expert in todays building systems, advanced materials and cutting edge methods, Shlomi is the Vice President of one of the largest construction companies in Israel. At My Property Shlomi is our primary consultant and mentor for construction projects as well as the acquisition of all permits and licenses from the authorities.
EYAL HANIN - Legal Manager
The company’s Legal Division
Eyal is an Attorney and Notary who has an independent firm where he works with Attorney Liron Hanin, who is also his wife. Together they are raising four children. The firm has over twenty years of experience, including extensive business experience in commercial and private real estate, the execution of sales and rental transactions and representation of foreign residents. As a strategic partner the firm oversees every transaction and business agreement and provides our clients a wide array of legal services.
