By consolidating areas and blurring their boundaries, we have created “breathing” spaces that grow larger or smaller according to the use and need.
For this purpose, the family room was lowered and became part of the living room space. The unified space (living room + family area) became large enough to contain even a larger dining area than it was before. The partition separating the kitchen from the living room was removed and a counter used for work and seating was installed.
The result – a modern and stylish living room with room for a huge screen and home theater system. Spacious and upgraded kitchen, dining area that can easily accommodate at least 20 diners, and a luxurious seating / coffee area.
