Work Process
1. Planning
At first. We will identify the customer's needs, the current situation and we'll define our goal.
We will present different options to achieve the customer's goal.
Eventually, a service package will be defined, with boundaries and options to expend.
2. Go live
Setting up the date and conditions to start the project.
During the project, we conduct a constant control and improvement process.
As possible, on-going modifications will take place in order to optimize the results.
The entire work process is carried out in full transparency and while ensuring the client's interests are safeguarded.
If necessary, issues that require a solution will be raised for the client's decision.
3. Completion
Before the end of the project, the client will receive a detailed report on meeting the set goals and a situation assessment will be made for a decision on actions needed to complete the project.
Ending the project will be solely to the satisfaction of the customer.
